The owner of a Rye seacoast home wanted to have an apartment above her garage she could Airbnb out when she felt like.  She gave her designer the theme of Whimsical, magical.  I think they nailed it!  The apartment's layout is effortless and although the square footage is not large, the apartment feels spacious and light.
